• Flexible Scheduling – With a Little Heads-Up!  We offer flexible scheduling, but to ensure availability,        please request your ride with as much notice as possible.  While we do our best, same-day or next-day rides are not always guaranteed. Early requests help us serve you better!
• Extensive Coverage - Serving You Near and Far.
  Our service covers a wide area—whether you’re heading across town or across the region, we’ll help you get there. 
• Personal Care Assistance (PCA): Are welcome to accompany passengers if needed for assistance.
• Health Considerations: Passengers with colds, flu, or other illnesses must notify us prior to their ride. 

1. In-County Demand Response NEMT: Regular cash fare (subject to availability)
2. All Other NEMT Services:

• $48.50 per hour (2-hour minimum)
• Billed in 15-minute increments 
• Charges apply from the time the driver leaves DATA bus and arrives back to base, including any stops and waiting times.
