Our Services

Flexible Scheduling: Request rides with just one business day’s notice, based on availability (except for Demand Response).
Extensive Coverage: We cover most areas of the Upper Peninsula, offering both one-way and round-trip options.
Personal Care Assistance (PCA): Are welcome to accompany passengers if needed for assistance.
Health Considerations: Passengers with colds, flu, or other illnesses must notify us prior to their ride.

Our Pricing

Demand Response NEMT: Regular cash fare (subject to availability)
All Other NEMT Services:

$45.00 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Billed in 15-minute increments after the minimum ($10 per 15 minutes)
Charges apply from the scheduled pick-up to final drop-off, including any stops and waiting times.
