Rides to Wellness is a comprehensive non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) program serving six counties: Chippewa, Delta, Gogebic, Luce, Mackinac, and Schoolcraft.

Eligibility:
Rides to Wellness is only available to clients connected with a participating partner.

Rides to Wellness provides transportation for non-emergency medical appointments, both in-state and out-of-state.
