Demand Response, Door to Door Service

Demand Response Service for Escanaba and Gladstone residents is provided from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday except on Holidays. Service is dependant on availability of Buses. This is a door to door pick-up/drop off service.  All Demand Response rides must be completed before 6:00 p.m.

Demand Response Service can be compared to taxi service with the exception that several additional customer pick-ups/drop-offs may be made prior to arriving at your destination.

Calls for service should be made as far in advance as possible, as available time slots do fill quickly during the day. If a return ride is anticipated, it should be scheduled whenever possible.

Our services can be busy at some times during the day, and your preferred pickup time may not always be available. Every effort is made to keep waiting time at a minimum, but no minimum waiting time can be guaranteed.
